Every title problem, found before it costs you the sale
Title Rise reads the titles moving through your dealership or auction, flags the ones that won’t transfer cleanly, and tells you exactly what to do next.

Three steps to eliminate title concerns
Title Rise reads the title and gets ahead of the exception before it becomes a call from a buyer.
Reads the title and the paperwork
Take a picture, upload or scan the title and all attached paperwork: MSO, POA, lien release, etc. Title Rise pulls the fields, matches them against the state's systems and recorded data.
Names the exact issue
Not “problem found.” A specific finding — brand carried from another state, not the most recent title, missing reassignment, unreleased lien, signature in the wrong block, odometer that doesn’t flow, etc.
Hands over the fix
The remediation names the exact process to fixing. The forms needed, the party who has to sign, the jurisdiction it goes to and the realistic turnaround.
The exceptions that hold up money.
Sixty-plus checks run on every title. These are the ones clerks see most.
Not the most recent title
Having a title in hand, but later learning that you don't have the most recently printed title. So, the title you have is useless.
Unreleased lien
Lienholder still of record with no release on file, or a release signed by an entity that no longer exists.
Odometer Rollbacks
Mileage that doesn’t flow across the title, with the state system or recorded data
Out-of-state brands
Salvage, flood, rebuilt, lemon brands, etc. that must carry over across states — and often doesn't
Broken chain of assignment
Open titles, skipped reassignments, or out of state dealer reassignments not correct.
Signature and notary defects
Wrong block, missing printed name, expired notary commission, or a POA that doesn’t match data records.
